Sports Xpress will help you create a custom on-line order for a team, school, company, group, church, event, special occasion, reunion, or any activity. When your goal is to offer spiritwear, company apparel, workplace uniforms, or event keepsakes, an on-line locker, available 24-hours for a specified time period, is an ideal solution. Fans, athletes, employees and participants can access their Custom Locker when it's convenient for them, make their selections and pay.


The only requirement you must meet for a Custom Locker is you must anticipate a minimum order quantity of 24 screen printed items with the same logo. Embroidered pieces have no minimum requirement.

How to create your Custom Locker:

Select the items

You have two options for selecting your items:

Option #1: Choose your items by reviewing our on-line catalog and completing the Request Form. Once you've made your selections, send the form to us and we'll send you a price quote for each item.

Option #2: Come into the store, no appointment necessary. We'll work with you to select the items for the order and often can show you product samples and color swatches.

Make the logo selection

Option #1: Send us your logo/art design as a jpeg, pdf or vector and give us the placement desired on each item. You may want a left chest logo on polos or full-front logo on a hoodie. Be sure to tell us the color(s) you want used for your logo/design. Screen print prices are based on quantity and number of colors in the logo/design. Embroidery is priced by stitch count.

Option #2: Send us a rough concept of the design you want or a picture of what you have in mind. Our Art Department will create a proof for you to review. We do not charge art fees unless the design requires more than 30 minutes to create and you will be advised of this prior to any work being done.

Option #3: Come into the store and we'll complete the needed steps to getting your logo or design to our Art Department.

Establish item prices

After we give you the cost for each item to print or embroider, you decide whether to charge exactly what you are paying or charge a few dollars more to raise funds. Once the Custom Locker order has ended, Sports Xpress will issue a check to your team, business, organization or entity for the total earned during your fund-raiser.

Leave the rest to us

Once all the items have been determined, the logo finalized, the prices set, and the sale dates your locker will be open are set, Sports Xpress takes takes on all the remaining aspects of the sale. We compile the orders, print and embroider the goods, separate them by customer, and prepare them for pick-up. Orders can be picked up individually or by the organizer of the sale.
